Missing Person: Jose Javier Cruz, Male, Native Place: TexasHouston, Date of Birth: 10/14/1971, Jose was last seen on May 19, 2006 in Houston, Texas; he was supposed to pick up his children from school, but never showed up. The next day, police found his pickup engulfed in flames in a Katy, Texas parking lot. Jose does have a criminal history, but his ex-wife does not believe he fled to avoid authorities. He always kept in touch with her in the past, and was actively involved with raising their daughters.
